Soccer Star Welsh Athlete Ramsey Increases Reward for Lost Dog in Mexican Territory to $20,000
Wales athlete Ramsey has increased the incentive for details concerning the vanished pet Halo to $$20k.
Ex- Premier League club Arsenal and Cardiff player, who currently is with Pumas UNAM in Mexico City, stated that the beagle was spotted in a Mexican town, located in the Guanajuato zone.
The beagle, who disappeared on October 9th, was equipped with a GPS collar, and Ramsey shared a map pinpoint of her last known location.
"Any sort of updates regarding our pet Halo please get in touch with us. Significant reward for reuniting with her. We are all praying she's ok and comes home with us shortly," Ramsey posted on social media.
Earlier Bounty and Heartfelt Appeals
Ramsey first revealed that Halo had gone missing 14 days prior and has since posted multiple pictures of the cherished canine on Instagram.
A $10,000 bounty was originally announced, but with absence of information on the dog's location after a week, Ramsey and his loved ones doubled the amount.
"All we desire is Halo back," he expressed in a further appeal on social media after the decade-old dog went missing.
The most recent image upload is a grayscale snapshot of the beagle snoozing, its head lying in the curve of Ramsey's arm, with the description: "What I wouldn't give to cuddle you once more sweet Halo."
Household's Concerns and Context
Ramsey has additionally posted a statement from his spouse Mrs. Ramsey on online channels indicating they have several "pressing queries" about the event and fear the family "could possibly not get answers".
"We still are still searching for our dog. I don't think we ever will," his wife's update read.
The Wales leader became part of Mexico's premier team Pumas UNAM earlier this year and had his first appearance in Liga MX in August.
Born in Caerphilly player is the first well-known British Isles athlete to compete in the Mexico's top division.
